Spoon and Theory Handmade is a Minneapolis creative jewelry and aromatherapy shop. We specialize in handcrafted jewelry made from natural and sustainable materials.
Our products are made with love and care, and we take great pride in producing goods that are fun, beautiful and meaningful.
We create a variety of jewelry from minimalist diffuser earrings, painted to mix media statement pieces with a focus on sustainability and art therapy. In addition, we utilize around 20% of leather, and wood remnants from other local studios.
We've had partnerships with the Rondo Community Artists/MN Museum of American Art, press features from Mill City News Small Business Feature, The Nile List, MN Black Box, on air Fox 9 News Spotlight.

Orders to South America + Africa, need to be ordered by Nov. 20th 2023 for holiday delivery.
We recommend placing ordering your as early as possible, and/or adding priority shipping.

All regular (non-custom painted) items will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days of the order.
Custom Laser Designs: We are no longer creating custom commission shapes/designs. We will update our website as soon as we are able to.
Need your order soon? The Priority Shipping Add-on is available for US orders and select countries.
In order to ensure our safety and yours, all shipments will limited contact with the US postal service.
We ask for your patience while USPS works to deliver your package.
We are currently testing out shipping beyond the US/Canada, PR into the Bahamas, Barbados, UK and Australia.

In March of 2020, we volunteered to create over 250 masks for CA, NYC, and CHI hospital staff and orgs who had little-to-no PPE available.
In April of 2020, we donated our hand-painted Prince Tribute Earrings and is listed in the "featured" artist section for the ALL TOGETHER FUNDRAISER in support of NAMIMN.org and their mission to provide free online mental health services for Minnesotans who need help coping during the crisis and its aftermath.
While we are still in need of support and depend on our business, we are also aiming to supply our Minneapolis community with 100 quality reusable masks for community leaders, artist without means, and the homeless. This helps us purchase thread, fabrics, elastic and handle shipping.

Our community has taken yet another unjust and tragic hit during this global pandemic. As many of us strive create change to improve our communities, it has been rough trying to keep our spirits going, ourselves safe/healthy, find with, stay employed, and keep roofs over or heads.
